Thank you to all parents who attended Back to School!

TC's school year has begun with a great deal of enthusiasm on the part of teachers, students, and parents.  Just a couple of reminders from our presenters:

1.) Get involved with TCPA (TC Parent Association) and TC Boosters Club. Let our students know that the parents care and want to support programs for our school through participation. Volunteers are needed throughout the year for a variety of events.

2.)   Help TC to gain support from state and federal programs.

3.)  If you work for a corporation or employer with a foundation, let Sharon Kennedy know and she will make a contact. These foundations are often looking for opportunities that will fulfill their goals. We would like them to know how they assist us. (Sharon Kennedy, phone 410-427-4737: drk56@att.net)

4.)  Complete the Family Income Survey immediately when you receive it early next week. Return it to the homeroom teacher. This information could qualify us for many government programs. Last year, we received over $16,000 for our school.

5.) Register at the Maryland Catholic Conference Website (www.mdcathcon.org) to support the Non-Public Schools legislative agenda. Watch this space for information about a meeting in January with legislators in our district. Numbers of attendees from our schools make an impression on the lawmakers.
