Baptism - Parish Registration
Families seeking the Sacrament of Baptism for their children should be registered members of the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Registration forms are available at the parish office. If you are members of another parish, then a letter of permission from your pastor must be sent to us in order for the Baptism to be celebrated at Immaculate Conception.
