Property
Management Committee
The
Property Management Committee’s job is to review the conditions
of parish facilities and make recommendations for prioritizing
repairs.
In
early 2003, the committee
prepared a Five-Year Plan that laid out the required maintenance
and improvement projects for all of Immaculate
Conception’s buildings. The
items on the Five-Year Plan are then included in the annual
operating budgets.
Since
resources are limited, the Property Management Committee works
very hard to prioritize projects and to find the most efficient
and cost effective way to proceed.
