Quizzes and Tests Monday – As needed Tuesday – Religion test Wednesday – English at the end of each unit. Thursday – Social Studies at the end of each unit. A study guide will be provided. Study states and capitals of the USA. Friday – Spelling test, Math quiz / test, Reading quiz at the end of each story. Homework Policy Homework is given every night in Spelling, Math, English, Vocabulary, Reading and Social Studies Homework is to be completed at home. Students should spend about 1 hour each evening on homework. Homework is assigned to reinforce what is taught in class that day. Students who are absent must make up all homework and class work by the third day after their return to school. Homework must be on time. If there are special circumstances, please send a note concerning the late work, the day the homework is due. If the homework is late, a blue academic slip will be sent home, as a warning and a reminder that the signed blue slip and homework are due for the next class.
